Production/Processing:

Production time is the time it takes BEFORE your order ships. Each piece is made by hand in our studio, and we strive to get each order out as soon as possible. Most orders are ready to ship in about 5 business days (Business days are Monday-Friday). Please expect delays during the holidays and shop early for the best experience! Updated processing time will be communicated in the banner at the top of the page if extended.

Free shipping on orders of $50 or more
We offer FREE US Standard Shipping on orders over $50. Orders under $50 ship for $5 via USPS First Class mail. (Approximately 4-7 business days for First Class Mail - Does not include stated processing time)

Returns/ Exchanges/ Refunds

We pride ourselves on bringing our award-winning dishes to our customers. All of your favorite seasonal meals can be ordered online with pick up or delivery available. Order as much or as little as you like aIf you are not fully satisfied, you may return items within the following guidelines. 1. Eligibility for Returns Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached. Certain items are non-returnable, including Gift cards, Personalized items, Final sale items, and Earrings (due to hygiene) WRONG PERSONALIZATION Please double check all personalization and spelling is correct when submitting your order. Picturesque Adventures is not responsible for the misspelling of names that are entered incorrectly and are not eligible for an exchange or refund. Picturesque Adventures, at the owner's discretion, may offer a small discount code to repurchase. Please email elletadventures@gmail.com if there has been an error. 2. How to Initiate a Return To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at elletadventures@gmail.com Provide your order number and the reason for the return. You will receive a return authorization and instructions for the return process. 3. Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $50. Due to possible unforeseen shipping mishaps with third-party shipping agencies, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 4. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 days of receipt. If you used a promotional code, your refund will reflect the discounted amount. 5. Exchanges We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item and place a new order. 6. Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
