This purchase is a non-refundable $500 down payment for the 2026 Alaskan Aurora Adventure.
Arrival date: February 15, 2026
Departure date: February 21, 2026
Trip Cost Per Person: All participants MUST be 18 or older
* $2,700 (single occupancy room per participant) plus airfare- You are responsible for your flight to and from Fairbanks, AK.
* $2,300 (double occupancy room per participant) plus airfare- You are responsible for your flight to and from Fairbanks, AK.

Included in the cost: Breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, non-alcoholic beverages, ground transportation to the airport and scheduled sightseeing (not airfare), lodging, and sightseeing fees.
Not included in the cost: Flight to and from Fairbanks, AK, personal unscheduled trips (you are welcome, at your own cost, to rent an Uber or taxi for personal transportation), and alcohol.

Included: Aurora Chasing, Photography Tutorials, Photography Editing Tutorials, Meals, Transportation, Lodging, park fees, Alaska Sightseeing, Chena Hot Springs, Chena Ice Museum, Snowshoe Rental and hiking, World Ice Championship, food, non-alcoholic beverages, and snacks... All activities are optional, but refunds will not be given for not participating in daily activities. *Please note, the final menus will not be completed until all registrants have completed their forms. We do our best to plan meals around participant allergies and dietary needs.

What to expect:
Like with any kind of storm/weather chasing, we can not guarantee that you will see the aurora every day or even most days of the trip. This trip is a week-long trip during the peak of aurora season to give you the best chance of experiencing the aurora borealis and shows it brings. During this trip, we will provide up-to-date forecasts and navigate you to beautiful sights so you can experience and photograph these beautiful storms.
During your downtime, you will have the opportunity to experience beautiful landmarks like Chena Hot Springs, the World Ice Championship, the Arctic Circle, and snowshoe hikes. Our onsite meteorologist and photographer will also provide photography editing lessons, show you how to take aurora photography, and answer any questions you may have about weather and/or photography.
While we wait for the Aurora, feel free to bring a good book to read, play some games, and relax, but be ready to chase because the aurora does not wait, and you definitely do not want to miss it.

Tentative Itinerary: Subject to change based on weather conditions and aurora levels. Participants are NOT required to participate in every activity. However, not participating in an activity will not change the trip cost.* Please note, Aurora chasing could occur on average between 10:00 pm-1:00 am, depending on Aurora levels*

Day 2: Snowshoe rental, World’s ice championship, and Aurora chasing after dark
Day 3: 3-mile round-trip snowshoe hike to ice cave and Aurora chasing after dark
Day 4: North Pole, Alaska, and Aurora chasing after dark
Day 5: Dalton Highway Trip
Day 6: Chana hot springs, and ice museum, Aurora chasing after dark
