This purchase is a non-refundable $500 down payment for the 2026 Arizona Monsoon Adventure.
Arrival date: July 30, 2026
Departure date: August 6, 2026
Trip Cost Per Person: All participants MUST be 18 or older
* $2,600 (single occupancy room per participant) plus airfare- You are responsible for your flight to and from Tucson, AZ.
* $2,100 (double occupancy room per participant) plus airfare- You are responsible for your flight to and from Tucson, AZ.

February 28, 2026- 2nd payment: $500 per participant Invoice sent to participant's email
May 31, 2026- Final payment:
$2,600 per single occupancy participant

Included in the cost: Breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, non-alcoholic beverages, ground transportation to the airport and scheduled sightseeing (not airfare), lodging, and sightseeing fees.
Not included in the cost: Flight to and from Tucson, AZ, personal unscheduled trips (you are welcome, at your own cost, to rent an Uber or taxi for personal transportation), and alcohol.

Included: Monsoon Chasing, Photography Tutorials, Photography Editing Tutorials, Meals, Transportation, Lodging, state and national park fees, Arizona Sightseeing, Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum, education on the science behind Arizona's picturesque lighting displays, lodging, scheduled Tucson transportation, food, non-alcoholic beverages, and snacks... All activities are optional, but refunds will not be given for not participating in daily activities. *Please note, the final menus will not be completed until all registrants have completed their forms. We do our best to plan meals around participant allergies and dietary needs.
What to expect:
Like with any storm/weather chasing, we can not guarantee that you will see the monsoon every day or even most days of the trip. This trip is a week-long trip during the peak of monsoon season to give you the best chance of experiencing the monsoon and the shows it brings. During this trip, we will provide up-to-date forecasts and navigate you to beautiful sights so you can experience and photograph these beautiful storms.
Our on-site meteorologist and photographer will also provide photography editing lessons, show you how to take lightning and desert photography, and answer any questions you may have about weather and/or photography.
While we wait for the monsoon, feel free to bring a good book to read, play some games, and relax, but be ready to chase because the monsoon does not wait, and you definitely do not want to miss it.

Tentative Itinerary: Subject to change based on storm activity. Participants are NOT required to participate in every activity. However, not participating in an activity will not change the trip cost. *Please note, Storm chasing typically occurs on average between 5pm-10pm but some days will be earlier and other days may bring late-night storms*
